better balance the work with family commitments: strengthening the ' female employment, improve the organization of work, the network of services, quality of life. And 'that the promise by Emilia Romagna, Piedmont, Sicily, Tuscany and Umbria are the first five regions to have signed with the Department of Equal Opportunities conventions kick off the implementation of the Entente for the reconciliation of work and life schedules. The aims of the Entente, pursued by the regions and autonomous provinces are addressed to create or enhance services for children, encourage the purchase of vouchers for childcare services for the care or treatment and care for disabled and elderly, facilitate return to work after a period of leave for reconciliation needs (eg training and refresher courses), to support working arrangements and contractual type "familiy friendly (eg, telecommuting, part-time, bank hours), to support any other types of action in line with the aims of the Entente. The Understanding provides that regions and autonomous provinces put in place an implementation plan for the use of resources allocated. Each paper falls into two or more specific purposes set by the cartel. The deadline for submission of the implementation plan was September 29, 2010. By that date, not all regions have presented the implementation plan, some have presented late. The situation, therefore, is diversified across regions.
