you need:
-Base-transparent
Confetti
Top-coat-top coat shiny glittery


Step 1: Choose the length
dele nails, I advise you to leave them quite long so you will be able to apply more than confetti on each nail, or if you have worked on artificial nails.
Apply a base coat and let dry.

Step 2:
In a bowl, pour cold water and plunge the confetti for a few minutes, this will help to soften them so that they can shape the nail.

Step 3:
applied a layer of top coat before it is dry and begins to lay the confetti on the nail. Before another coat of top coat with a paper towel press on each nail by placing it better confetti and in the meantime dry the excess water.

Step 4:
Apply 2 coats of top coat polish, waiting a few minutes between the first and second application.

Step 5:
